Football Association (FA) chairmen in the country are still waiting for the NFF
to respond to their request to have the 2012 Annual General Assembly (AGA) of
the Federation shifted away from Port Harcourt.


Chairmen last week requested that the NFF took the AGA away from Port Harcourt
because of what Johnson described as “unwarranted attack on football” by Rivers
State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi.

Abuja nearly two weeks ago, even calling for the dissolution of the board of
the federation.

why the NFF is yet to act on the request of the FA Chairmen despite being put
on notice for close to a week now, Johnson said the silence of the football
governing body was as a result principal officers being away from the country
on official assignment.
