Relegated Ilorin based ABS FC
may lose eleven players to top division clubs as the effects of not
beating the drop starts to take effect

According
to the club’s Director of Football, Alloy Chukwuemeka, these
players have had inquires made on them and the club will only listen
to good offers made by those clubs who can pay.

“We
have received offers from various NPFL clubs for a couple of our
players.

“We
do not intend to stand in the way of any of them, we will allow
anyone to go with the right price.

“Where
a good deal is not reached, we may consider a loan deal,”
Chukwuemeka said.

The
NPFL clubs are after players like Wasiu Alalade, Adeshina Gata,
Ernest Governor, Samuel Oyedeji, Chinedu Ajanah, Chukwuebuka Anaekwe,
Martin Ossy among others.

Chukwuemeka
added that the “Saraki Boys” will give the Aiteo/ Federation Cup
a real push as the club will work very hard to win it.

“We
are not doing badly in the Cup, so we want to win it.

“If
that will be the consolation for our relegation, we will be happy to
win it.

“Winning
the Aiteo/ Federation Cup will really boast the morale of the team
ahead of life in the Nigeria National League,” Chukwuemeka said.

He
commended the players for their cooperation throughout the season
against all odds.
