Former Super Eagles’ Star, Karibe Ojigwe signs up for Ndoki Football Fiesta

Former Super Eagles player Pascal Karibe Ojigwe is one of the high-profile stars expected to grace the opening ceremony of the inaugural Osteen Ejiasa Ndoki Unity Cup.
Ojigwe, who was part of the Bayer Leverkusen squad that lost to Real Madrid in the 2002 Champions League final, is so far the biggest player to have come out of Ndoki (a massive tribe that has roots in Abia, Rivers and Akwa Ibom state).
The Osteen Ejiasa Ndoki Unity Cup is a nine-month long football tournament to be competed for by teams in Ndoki.
Sixteen teams will take part in this inaugural edition.
The opening ceremony of the Osteen Ejiasa Ndoki Unity Cup is scheduled for Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Central School Field, Obohia Ndoki from 1:30PM, with the tournament set to feature 16 teams, eight each from Rivers and Abia State.
For the inaugural edition, eight teams each from Abia Ndoki and Rivers Ndoki will participate.
